Your Shipping Address

Your shipping address is never shown to other users. It's passed directly and securely to our shipping provider when a label needs to be generated for a swap. That's it.

Payment Information

We use Stripe to process payments. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them on our servers.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. If you'd like to exercise any of these rights, just get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we're required to keep it for legal reasons.
