ChapterSwaps connects readers who want to share and exchange books with one another. To use the platform, you need to create an account with accurate information and act honestly throughout the swapping process.

Your Responsibilities

As a member of the community, you agree to:

• List books accurately, including their condition.
• Package books carefully and appropriately for shipping.
• Communicate respectfully with other members.
• Ship accepted swaps within a reasonable timeframe.
• Use the platform lawfully and in good faith.

What's Not Allowed

• Fraudulent activity or scamming other members.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour.
• Deliberately misrepresenting books or their condition.
• Attempting to bypass platform safeguards or payment systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the system.

Shipping & Liability

ChapterSwaps facilitates swaps between members and provides prepaid shipping labels through our carrier partners. However, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by shipping carriers once a parcel has been handed over.

If a book arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we'll do our best to help resolve the situation fairly.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or harm the community. You can also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
